Myanmar (formerly and still known as Burma) is an amazing country with beautiful people who haven’t been spoiled or jaded by the western world. At least not yet…

These boys (called Novices) were from hill tribes in northern Myanmar but were sent to a monastery in Bagan, the ancient city, when there was civil unrest in their villages. For at least this moment they were having a good laugh!

Photo was color corrected in Lightroom then minimally processed in On1 Effects 9 including the removal of some wires dangling from the small temple behind them and added vignetting.
