George and I have started to work on our Myanmar Packing List, since we will be headed to Myanmar in July! In order to be sure that we remember all the essentials, while still packing light, we prepared a packing list weeks in advance. To come up with our Myanmar Packing List, I started with our India Packing List and adapted it to the new destination.
We will be taking our same 3 bags as on our last trip: REI Venus 75 Backpack, Kata 3N1-33 camera and laptop bag, and PacSafe VentureSafe 25L. Only this time we hope our bags will be even lighter! We have already done a test-run packing our belongings into our big Venus backpack, and it looks like it will weight about 30 pounds. All of our stuff fits, with a little room to spare!

Hi Ken,
So far Myanmar has been amazing! Everyone is so friendly and curious! Photos and tons of great information for travelers will be coming soon … It is all dependent on the speed of the internet which is similar to using a 28.8 kb modem. Remember those days?
aloha,
George
